OUR IDEA OF
A GREAT DAY: Start with some time at dawn walking on the beach, watching the light change and smelling the sea. A little later
take stroll to the east end of the block from Traders' Haven (Pass-a-Grille is only one block wide!) to the quaint Seahorse
Restaurant (or the Hurricane or the Beach Concession) for breakfast... morning paper, seagulls screaming, and salt air - cannot
be beat!! A lazy day on the beach is always a delight. An afternoon nap in the shade in your own tropical garden is truly
relaxing. Walking back to the beach for another fabulous sunset is a local tradition. And, a romantic dinner on the deck or
an evening out at one of the fine seafood restaurants nearby completes a great vacation day. Why drive anywhere, when you
can have one perfect day after another right there on Pass-a-Grille??!!
For Children:
Beach!, of course, at the end of the block with no large streets to cross. We have a large assortment of sand toys available
for children...you do not need to pack these. And, when the children have had enough sun, we have a big, shady yard 6 foot
high walls prevent children from wandering into the street, and there are no pools for children to fall into or seawalls to
fall over.
The owners have five children, 8 to 15 years old. The property is child friendly. Families are
welcome!!
