Traders' Haven is just a half block
--about 50 steps--from the magnificent Gulf of Mexico beach, seven unbroken miles of white sand beach! Historic Pass-a-grille
is the narrow (just 1 block wide) southern end of St. Pete Beach, a barrier island at Tampa Bay. And, the intercoastal waterway
is at the other end of the block. Location!-Location!-Location! - TRADERS' HAVEN: This 5 bedroom home occupies
the entire second floor of the Mountcastle building on 8th Avenue in Pass-a-grille. The Mountcastles have operated a trading
company for twenty three years, and this apartment is unique, exotically decorated with oriental rugs and folk art from
all continents of the world!
- TROPICAL GARDEN at Traders' Haven: A private jasmine garden with lush tropical plantings
is a great place to relax.
- ENTRY: Traders' Haven is entered through locked doors at both the front (8th
Avenue) and rear of the building.
- PARKING: Traders' Haven has private off the street parking, (a must at the
beach!), for two cars. One additional parking pass can be arranged through the manager.
